Get segments.geo_target_most_specific_location id's in English location name

Hi,

We're looking for a report that would give us the most detailed information available about a user's location. 

If we use 'segments.geo_target_most_specific_location' from the performance report I notice that sometimes it only returns back the GeoTargetConstant ID as the value. 

Am I correct in thinking that we should then use the geo_target_constant resource service to look up GeoTargetConstant ID, in order to get the users most specific location name in English?
