Status of Campaigns in Belarus

Is Belarus still an operational target location? The status of Russia is clear, but Belarus is not mentioned.

Thank you. I am aware of that file, however, I am also aware that it is inaccurate. Russian geo-targets are still listed, but they are no longer operational because of the current situation in Ukraine:  Update related to Ukraine (March 2022) - Advertising Policies Help (google.com)

My question is whether the suspension of services to Russia, described above, also applies to Belarus.

With regard to your concern, you may clarify this to the Google Ads product team as location targeting behavior of the UI should also be applicable to the Google Ads API as well. The reason is, the Google Ads API mirrors Google Ads UI. You can reach out to them via this link for further assistance.
