no response for Standard access application

I had submitted the Google Ads API developer token standard Access Application on Nov 2, 2023. 
We really need to get this access in order to improve our internal analytics and reporting urgently.
The details of my API access application are as below.

· Google Ads Manager Account (MCC) ID: 576-808-6799

· Cases ID: 1-6405000035460

· Access level: Standard API access
