why am I getting a suspended account?

I’m using Google Ads API (V8) to get account information.

It says that you cannot access the suspended account via API,

About a week ago, accounts that have been suspended have been acquired through the API.

I haven't been able to get an account until now, but why am I getting a suspended account?
