Data discrepancy between client

Hello,

Our client came back to us with a data discrepancy issue today.

Their set of keywords:

• dentysta warszawa
• stomatolog warszawa

with location set to Poland, and network to Google and search partners returned search volume data.

However, when we tried on our end with the same Google Keyword Planner settings, we got no data.

Why is this happening? Does it mean different account could be seeing different set of search volume data?

I recommend reaching out to the Google Ads product team as they can provide more insight as to why accounts are getting different results when using the Keyword Planner.

To add to this, I also found that a high volume keyword like "apple" and "iphone" no longer produce any data. Is there some bug with the most recent July 2020 data set?
