Upgrade Google ads API access to basic level

Hi,

I have submitted the form to apply for a basic access level developer token a couple of weeks ago. In the meantime, I have submitted the form another time because I didn't receive any response or notification.

Can you help me out here? It is really important for us that we can use the API.

My account ID is 417-980-5796.
