Our team is instrumenting a replace operator via API call from our app to Google Ads. While QA is able to successfully see ADD and REMOVE operations in the Google Ads UI, we don't see REMOVE_ALL as a line item. However, the REMOVE_ALL operation is always successful upon checking the status from the Google Ads API.

Can anyone confirm if REMOVE_ALL is simply not expected in the Google Ads UI?

Scenario above:
  • the ADD and REMOVE are showing successfully for add and remove operators. but for REPLACE operator only the add is showing (dated 10/18)
  • since I used the same custom audience for all operators, there should be 2 REMOVE entries from Adwords UI

Hi Susan,

Thank you for posting your concern. I am a member of the Google Ads API team and let me provide support to your concern.

To check your concern, would you be able to provide the complete request and response logs with request ID and request header generated on your end to further investigate for the remove and remove_all operations? So that we can confirm which of those operations is indeed not reflected in the UI and it will help us know the reason why.

You can provide it via Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, then send it instead on this email address googleadsa...@google.com.
