AdWords API trouble starting morning PST on 4/9

Hi all,

I am not a developer but do run bid optimization software using the
AdWords API. Yesterday in the early morning PST, all my campaigns
were no longer able to synchronize with Google. This has happened
once before but corrected itself after an hour or so. It's now been
24 hours and they are still hanging. Any ideas? Could it be the
fiber cable sabotage on the peninsula that also happened
yesterday?

I am between developers. Anyone want to act on this one today right
away??

Hello Todd,

Are you still having trouble using the AdWords API? If so, could you
provide more details as to what kind of error you're seeing (or have a
developer provide them)? One potential thing to keep in mind is that
v12 of the AdWords API was fully shut off last week, and only v13 is
running at this point. If your code was using v12 then it will need to
