Invalid Argument when Creating new User List

Hi there,

I'm trying to create a new UserList and am receiving the error attached at the end of the email.  The traceback is pointing to the "add_offline_user_data_job_operations" method, and the only settings I've tried to call there are:

    request.resource_name 
    request.operations 
    request.enable_partial_failure = True

Also, is there an equivalent function to user_list_operation.create for updating a list?  I can't seem to find anything with an example of it being used.

Moving forward to your concern, I can see that you've encountered the UNKNOWN request error. It means the received error code is not known in this version. Having said that, I would suggest Upgrading to the newest version to avoid this kind of error.

Also, for our team to investigate the issue, could you provide the complete request and response logs with request ID and request header generated on your end?
