Getting a name and ID of available/created user lists

I am try to figure out how to get all the the already created user list(custom audience) in an account through the API. I cant seem to find that functionality

Thanks for reaching out. You would be able to use AdwordsUserListService.get() to get all the already created user lists in an account via the Adwords API. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
