Lift Metrics

I'm pulling data from GAds to BigQuery and I'm looking for some metrics around lift. The values I'm looking for are Relative Lift, Absolute Lift, Lifted Users, Cost per Lifted User. Are these available in BQ?

Sort of. I'm interested in whether or not Google Ads exposes the lift metrics in its API (I would assume this needs to be true for this data to come over from Google Ads to BigQuery via the BQ Transfer Service?)
