google adds business verification process is a nightmare

hello,

have been struggling with the business verification process for days now and Google simply does not provide any service in resolving the matter, even stating that phone support is not available due to covid in The Netherlands, which is a lie; the sales desk is open by phone.  The business verification process keeps getting rejected in the final step (confirmation of business activity) for unclear reasons:

- inconsistent data. I have checked and this error is not correct. data is consistent.

- Document insufficient. There is no indication on what is insufficient and how to correct this. As such, to claim that the document is insufficient is, simply put: insufficient.

- couldn't verify identity of the advertiser. Again, this is completely useless information without any further guidance on what is actually sufficient and/or needed. mind you, at no stage is any identification even asked for during this step of the process

What also does not help is that the verification tool from google seems to be, how should I put this: crap. Poorly designed and poorly implemented. Questions are not clear or are incomplete, and information is requested beyond any viable purpose, which frankly, is a GDPR concern. Case in a point: I have a beauty salon, privately owned, and you ask me how I service my customers.......have you ever been to a beauty salon, or a hairdresser for that matter. And what exactly are you expecting when you ask me how I handle my clients data privacy......?

I am deeply disappointed in Google Adds at this stage. Have been running adds for years, spending thousands of Euros and google simply cannot even be bothered to provide any proper service. 

Asking for the community for help at this stage, since google itself does not seem to care much.
