How to ValidateOnly Ad group in Campaign not exist on Google adword by AdGroupService?

Sorry, I'm not sure if I understand your question. If you are asking about the validateOnly option, please see the SOAP Primer for details.

If you are asking how to get ad groups in a campaign, please check out the GetAdGroups example in the basic_operations folder of the client library you are using (e.g., the Java example is here).

Thanks for your answer.

I want ask how to check change new ad groups in a new campaign.

Ex: 

• In my desktop application like adword editor
• Add new a Campaign A (not post to server). 
• Add new a ad group B in new campaign A. 
• How to validate ad group B using adword Api ? (campaign A not exist on server)

Hi,

Unlike in AdWords Editor, you cannot postpone creation of a campaign, so you won't be able to validate your ad group without first actually creating its campaign. You could, however, create the campaign with status = PAUSED so that it won't actually serve any ads. Once the campaign exists, you could submit your ad group ADD operation with validateOnly = true to validate the creation of the ad group without actually creating it.
