Same id returned on adding same Negative Keyword to different adgroups?

If I add the same negative keyword to different adgroups (NegativeAdGroupCriterion) will google return different unique ids or same ids?

Hi,

For this scenario, AdWords will return unique IDs since the AdGroupId and CriterionId pair is globally unique. For more information on uniqueness of objects, you may refer here.
