change access level from basic to standard

Hi Support Team,

I applied for Google Ads API access level change basic to standard more than 1 month ago. I've received no email response to any of the requests. My Google rep couldn't provide any guidance. Can you please help escalate the case as this is a critical need for our product/client services.
