Similar audience are not being generated

Hi

I have created several customer list audiences. Audience size is more than 7k. This customer list is having email id and device id attributes. I am expecting that AdWords will automatically generate the similar audience within 48 Hours if audience size is more than 500. 

And in my case it has been more than 72 Hours and audience size is almost 7K(PFA screenshot ) but similar audience is not generated yet.

Could any one guide me whether my understanding about similar audience generation is correct or not? Or  am I doing anything wrong here? And what could be the reason that similar audience is not generated?

As to the factors and how long Google Ads takes to create the said similar audiences, I'm afraid that this is already outside the scope of our API team. That said, I would recommend that you reach out to the Google Ads Product Support team instead, via this link, for further guidance.
