Based on the request Id that you have shared, I understand that you executed a GAQL query to retrieve search terms insights data for PMax campaigns and received an empty response. Upon checking the UI for your Google Ads account, I observed that there is no search terms insights data present in it for the performance max campaigns. You can verify it by navigating to ‘Insights and reports’ -> ‘Search terms’ tab in the UI and then applying the filter as ‘Campaign type: Performance Max’. Please note that Google Ads API retrieves the data that is present in the Google Ads UI. As there is no data in the UI, the API is also returning an empty response.

With regard to your query “Is it possible to fetch search terms from PMax campaigns?”, based on this Help Center article, I can confirm that search terms insights are available for the Performance Max campaigns.
