I have a problem with SMTP API

In Wordpress I use plugin (Post SMTP) for send mail back to Customer.

but Grant permission with Google process have a error 403 Forbidden You do not have permission to access this document.

How can I fix it?

I ask about plugin delevoper He said "Look like something block it - not from the plugin"
