Upgraded URLs - matching URL and Display URLs?

Hi Guys,

I just want to confirm something regarding the need for the domain in the (Final/Dest) URL and display URL to match

1) If the display url is mydomain.com and the actual URL is www.mydomain.com I presume this will be considered a match?

2) I presume the match logic is not case-sensitive i.e Mydomain.com and mydomain.com would be considered a match?

Thanks for your reply, but as far as I can tell the policy guide does not answer either of my questions. I will contact AdWords support as you suggest, but if anyone could directly reply with an answer here that would be appreciated.
