Downloading Metro Codes in CSV (or similar) format?

I see Google offers a list of U.S. metro codes here:

Is there a CSV version (or something similar) available for download,
or am I stuck copying these all by hand if I need them?

All of our client libraries include a copy of these values as a CSV
file, although you can also download them independently:
http://code.google.com/p/google-api-adwords-python-lib/source/browse/trunk/aw_api/data/us_metros.csv.
