API Application - Haven't Heard Anything

I applied for basic access with the ads API several weeks ago and have yet to hear anything. I applied multiple times, as well as filled out the compliance teams complaint form several times, still have heard nothing. Even contacted the google ads api support email, still nothing. 

Need access as soon as possible to allow my team to continue working.
