Regarding the
NO_SIGNUP_PERMISSION error, could you confirm if the
login-customer-id you specified has access to the payments profile you are specifying in your request? If yes, could you share your complete
request and
response logs, and
request-id?
If you haven't yet, logging can be enabled by referring to this
guide, and by using the DEBUG log level setting. You may then send the requested information via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our
googleadsa...@google.com alias instead.
Also if you indeed do not have any permissions yet, to get permission setting up billing for your account, you have to reach out to your Google Account Manager or Google Representative for help in setting up permissions. They should be able to assist in acquiring necessary permissions for setting up billing.
