Setting up billing permissions

Hi, I'm trying to set up a payment profile so my customers, they have a subaccount from my manager account and I want them to pay with only my payment profile.

I do everything using the Google SDK in a my PHP project, so i create customers' subaccount from a function and later I want them to pay for campaigns using my payment profile id, but when I link he payment profile with the customer I got this error response:

"NO_SIGNUP_PERMISSION"

"The customer does not have permission to signup for billing or does not have permission to use a given payments profile ID."

So I didn't find a way to create customers with this kind of permissions with the SDK, and I'm asking if I'm missing a configuration when i create the customer subaccount with the SDK or maybe there is only a manual way to do it?

Thank you for reaching out to our API support team.

Regarding the NO_SIGNUP_PERMISSION error, could you confirm if the login-customer-id you specified has access to the payments profile you are specifying in your request? If yes, could you share your complete request and response logs, and request-id?

If you haven't yet, logging can be enabled by referring to this guide, and by using the DEBUG log level setting. You may then send the requested information via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our googleadsa...@google.com alias instead.

Also if you indeed do not have any permissions yet, to get permission setting up billing for your account, you have to reach out to your Google Account Manager or Google Representative for help in setting up permissions. They should be able to assist in acquiring necessary permissions for setting up billing.
