Erorr while uploading offline click conversion

Hi,

we are facing issues while trying to upload offline click conversions to Google Ads API.
We have a hierarchy of several MCCs and think that we have the same issue described in this post: https://github.com/googleads/google-ads-php/issues/496
The error we are seeing is:

This customer does not have an import conversion action that matches the convers

ion action provided.

We are getting the resource before to check if the conversion action with that name exists and we get a result back. Using this ID for the click conversion upload still results in the error message provided.

Could you please reach out to us, so we could provide account details to see, if there is anything we do wrong in our upload process?

To further investigate the issue, could you provide the complete API request and response logs with request ID generated on your end and where we can see the error via Reply privately to author option?
