Is there any api to create Youtube User on Remarketing via Adwords api or Google ads api ?

Thank you for reaching out! Unfortunately, YouTube Users are still not yet supported for Remarketing using the AdWords API or Google Ads API. I have raised a feature request for this in Google Ads API. You will have to continue using the UI in the meantime. Please follow our blog for any announcements or updates regarding this feature.
