Performance Max campaign is pulling information from multiple websites

I am new to Performance Max. I set up a campaign for one website I manage, but the campaign is pulling information from other sites totally unrelated to the campaign. Example - it pulled store information from an unrelated site and is showing the unrelated store address in my campaign.

What a cluster!

I found the Final URL section in settings and was able to exclude URLs. Is that all I need to do? What about the store information?
