Google Ads API Data Transfer to BigQuery - Missing P-MAX campaign data

I am using Google Ads API Data Transfer for BigQuery to use the results.

After serving a P-MAX campaign ad,
I get the campaign information in the ads_Campaign_* table, but no data in the ads_AdBasicStats_* table, so I cannot see the ad serving results such as cost, impression, click, conversion, etc.

Are these data not included in the Google Ads API Data Transfer?

I have contacted Google Ads support, but they said they do not have a consultation service for this issue, so I am posting this here.

After reviewing your concern, I understand that you want to use Google Ads API to Transfer data for BigQuery. Could you provide the entire UI screenshot of the report from which you are trying to duplicate the cost, impression, click, conversion  through the Google Ads API?

Please provide us with the complete API logs (request and response with request-id and request header) generated at your end.

If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I would request you to enable logging for the specific client library that you are using. You can refer to the guides Java, .Net, PHP, Python, Ruby or Perl to enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag.

Keisuke, for help on BigQuery Data Transfer Service for Google Ads, do realize that that service is a product of the Google Cloud team. It is not a product of Google Ads.

The Google Cloud team has their own support options.

You may laugh that Google Ads support has no clue and sends you here, and probably find it hilarious that Google Ads API Forum Advisor actually asks you to raid the nearest Google Datacenter and retrieve some logs. But do realize that Google Cloud offers virtually no support at all... For instance, the slack channel on Data Transfers contains a lot of complaints but nobody from Google ever responded.

If this data transfer is really important for you, you should consider using a third party ingestion service, like FiveTran or Supermetrics. Not because their products are so much better, but because you can get support and they know what they're talking about. A different alternative is to do this yourself using Google Ads API or Google Ads Script.

Could you kindly confirm if you are using the Google Ads API or the BigQuery for retrieving the data? If you are using the Google Ads API, kindly provide us the uncropped UI screenshot of the Google Ads account and also highlight the fields for which you would like to retrieve the data via the Google Ads API. 

However, if you are utilizing BigQuery then you can reach out to the GCP Product support team as suggested by Zweitze.

I use BigQuery for for retrieving the data. I didn't use Google Ads API directly.

I have already contacted Google Cloud support, where I got the following response:

"誠に恐れ入りますが BigQuery に関しては当窓口のサポート対象外であることから、BigQuery で P-MAX キャンペーンのデータを見る方法があるのかどうかについてご案内できかねております。
また、BigQuery のレポートについて弊社で他にご相談を承る窓口の用意がないため、お手数ですがコミュニティページ(https://support.google.com/google-ads/community?hl=ja)にご相談を投稿するなどして対応をご検討いただけますと幸いです。" 

(They said they are not in charge and referred me to the google-ads community page)

So, I posted on the google-ads community page and was directed here, so I am contacting you here.

I am not sure where I should be asking this question.
