how to deliver an item on the 1st place of search result depending on the ad's hotel name clicked

What I want to know is how Booking.com deliver with an ad the client on the search results page, and the searched hotel is listed on top of the page.

Is there any way to develop something on my search results page, to climb a result in a search result's page?
