headers must begin with lowercase / ClientCustomerId must be lower case c

Making some progess now, but wanted to post this for others which
might have this problem.
In the sample (.net library) app.config the var relating to getting
data with customer is instead of customer email begins with a cap C.
This doens't seem to work, header keys must begin with a lower case
from what I can see.

I figured this out by overiding headers. as mentioned here :
