Will implementing the adwords api provide traffic estimates for keywords before paying for the ad?

Hi,

The TrafficEstimatorService does not necessarily require for your ads to be already serving before you can use it to estimate keywords since the KeywordEstimateRequest does not require a keyword ID that is associated to any other AdWords entities.
