how we get ad data with respect that ad position?

can i get the the ad hoc report that give the data as ad rank or ad position wise?

The Ad report has the average position data.

"Ad rank" is an adwords term used within the auction mechanics. This is a runtime parameter than is not exposed anywhere.
"Ad position" is the term used to describe the position we see on the screen, and is available in the report above.
