How to fetch audience segments (interests, demographics and intents) via API Rest

I can't seem to find documentation to configure audience segments via API. Is this possible? If yes, can someone point me in the right direction? Thank you

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Ads API support team.

Please note that retrieving the audience segments (interests, demographics and intents) is not yet supported in the Google Ads API. I will raise a request to add this feature to be available in the Google Ads API. We cannot provide a scheduled timeline for the availability of this feature in the Google Ads API. I would recommend you to follow our release notes and blog post for future updates.
