Error when trying to create Root Product Partition for shopping campaign

Hi all,

I'm getting the following error when I am trying to make a single product partition (the "All Products" partition the UI has when you manually create a new ad group).

I am not sure what I am doing wrong here. I believe that creating just the one "All Products" partition is a completely valid use case.

Thanks for posting your concern.

To take a closer look at your issue, could you provide the customer ID and the complete SOAP request and response logs generated on your end via Reply privately to author option?
