AddCrmBasedUserList Remarketing user list issue

When creating AddCrmBasedUserList encounter issue like "UserListError.ADVERTISER_NOT_WHITELISTED_FOR_USING_UPLOADED_DATA", Let me know what need to do to create this type of user list. Attached soap request/response log.

Thank you for reaching out. CrmBasedUserList needs to be allowlisted on the client customer account level. Please contact your account manager to get allowlisted.

Actually am the account manager, created test account to setup API. Let me know the way to allow it from Manager account. I can do it.
