Changes made to Google Ads via Google Ads API - Wasn't Me!

Hello,

Changes were made to our dormant Google Ads account using Google Ads API tool - 4 campaigns were unpaused causing a few hundred dollars in spend before I caught it. I did not make the changes. Can I see WHO did?

Anytime I've made changes, the tool listed in change history is Web client (manual) this time the tool listed is Google Ads API. Google Ads keeps shoving me to Google API and I'm getting the runaround.

Please note that the Google Ads API will not make any changes to your account unless it is triggered by some Google Ads API implementation codes that send calls or requests to the API to make these changes.

To assist you further, could you provide us with an uncropped screenshot of the Google Ads account by highlighting the changes made by the "Google Ads API" tool?

Please see attached, uncropped screenshot/ the user listed is me but I can assure you I did not unpause these campaigns.

Hi,

I could see that you have only provided a cropped screenshot of the Google Ads account, which is not sufficient to investigate the issue further. Please provide us an uncropped screenshot with the visible CID of the Google Ads account.
