problem upgrading from Google ads words to google ads api

We are trying to do this, but we keep running into this error

Google Ads API has not been used in project 929911972604 before or it is disabled. Enable it by visiting https://console.developers.google.com/apis/api/googleads.googleapis.com/overview?project=929911972604 then retry.

I've tried google cloud, google ads words, googles ads api...no one can help....any ideas?  We cant find this project.

Have you enabled the Google Ads API in your project? If not, you will need to enable the Google Ads API in your project by following this guide where your Oauth2 credentials have been generated. You should enable it in the Google cloud project mentioned on the API response generated on your end.

Let us know how it goes on your end. If the event that you are still encountering the error, please provide us the complete request and response logs with request ID and request header generated on your end? You can provide it via Reply privately to the author option. If this option is not available, then send it instead on this email address googleadsa...@google.com.

This is a follow up email.

I saw that there is an active email thread with the same concern. Therefore, to avoid confusion, please refrain from creating multiple threads. The whole problem is we cant find the project.  Our account does not show it.  We just need to know what account the project is in.
