USER_PERMISSION_DENIED error when accessing a customer.

Hello, I'm starting to use Ads API, but stuck in the first place.
My company has a main MCC where dozens of campaigns registered in.
For the API use, i created a google ads id as a dev account, link it to the main MCC, create developers token in the MCC, and created OAuth credentials in the developers console of the dev account.
The first API call worked when inserting MCC id as the customerID field. No exception was returned.
But, when i call the API with accounts managed by the MCC, the API returns "USER_PERMISSION_DENIED".
please help. Tell me what was wrong.

Could you please confirm whether you are using the Google Ads API and facing the USER_PERMISSION_DENIED error? If yes, could you please confirm whether you are passing the login-customer-id as mentioned in this blog post? You need to pass the login-customer-id as your manager account without any dashes and the clientCustomerId as the client account managed by the MCC. Please give it a try.
If you are still facing the issue, could you please share the entire error log without redacting any information along with the email address of the user making the API call to investigate further? You could use reply privately to the author option while sharing the information requested.
