Missing random campaign in campaign performance report

Hey guys, a campaign is missing in our CAMPAIGN_PERFORMANCE_REPORT. We've tried to add includeZeroImpressions header but it didn't help. We've been using this report to fetch campaign metrics for a while and it worked perfectly.

I will happily private message campaign id and account id to you. The campaign is very similar to others that are included in the report, the only attribute I've found that could make a difference is bid strategy type set to Target CPM. Are campaign with this bid strategy supported in this type of report?

Hi Patrik,

To better investigate this, could you provide the complete report definition and the clientCustomerId used in generating the report? Could you also provide the missing campaignIds that you are pertaining to? You may respond using Reply privately to author. Also, the type of bid strategy should not affect the results of your report.

I have received the requested information privately. Upon investigation, the campaign Id you mentioned is indeed a TrueView for Reach campaign subtype. This type of campaign is currently not supported in the AdWords API. This is the reason why it does not show in your reports.

Let me know if you have further clarifications.

Hi Suk Kim- Could you confirm if you are also encountering the same issue as Patrik wherein some of your campaigns do not show on your reports? If yes, this could be because some of your campaigns could have a campaign subtype of TrueView for Reach as well. This is currently not supported in the AdWords API.

If you have a different concern, could open a new thread for better communication?
