Google Ads + Big Query Transfer Service - AuthorizationError.TWO_STEP_VERIFICATION_NOT_ENROLLED

One of the accounts in our MCC has enabled 2-step verification. However, the account that we use to access the MCC cannot enable 2FA.

We have been looking into using a service account to avoid the 2FA requirement:

However, it's not clear how to use a service account in conjunction with the Google Ads Data Transfer Service:

https://cloud.google.com/bigquery-transfer/docs/adwords-transfer

Can anyone please help us reconcile these two concepts? (Adwords transfer service + service account).

Thank you for reaching out. Please note, if the client account is enrolled in 2-Step Verification, the accounts accessing it should also be enrolled for this verification. Please refer to this blog post for more details and information. Also, we strongly recommend using OAuth2 installed app or web flow instead of service accounts unless you need a domain-specific feature (for example, impersonation). For your concern related to integration between BigQuery and AdWords Service accounts, I would recommend reaching out to the Big Query support team as this is outside our expertise. Feel free to reach out if you have any additional API related concerns.
