Missing Specific Video Campaign

Hi there,

We use the following GAQL query to download campaigns and their metrics.

However, we found a specific campaign is missing from the response, and cannot be downloaded using GAQL.

SELECT campaign.id, campaign.name, metrics.impressions, metrics.cost_micros 

FROM campaign WHERE campaign.id = 18222056537

Is there any restrictions for Video campaigns?

P.S. Other video campaigns under the same customer id can be downloaded without any problems.

Hi Neil,

Thank you for posting your concern. I am also a member of the Google Ads API team and let me provide support to your concern.

Upon checking, the subtype of the specific campaign is "Target frequency". Unfortunately, this is currently not supported in the Google Ads API so this is also not possible to retrieve. However, our team has already raised a feature request to the team about this campaign subtype, subject for review.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

For our team to further check and validate why you are encountering this, could you please provide us the complete API logs(request and response with request-id) generated on your end and the whole UI screenshot where you can see the data you are retrieving? Note that logs can be requested or provided to the developer handling the Google Ads API transactions when logging of the API requests has been enabled. You may check here and click your client library for the specific guideline to enable it.

For REST interface requests, you can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag. This will cause the tool to include the HTTP response headers in the output.

You may then send the requested information via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our googleadsa...@google.com alias instead.
