Outsourcing Development of AdWords API? Any Ideas?

Hi, my company spends a lot on AdWords currently (six figures) but
(amazingly) we don't have the internal resources to build integration
with the AdWords API. Does anyone know of any companies that will build
the necessary integration for us? My assumption is that I will get
absolutely zero internal engineering resources for this project, so the
outsourcing company would have to do all the work. Over time, I would
use this company to potentially integrate with other APIs (Yahoo, eBay,
MSN, Miva, etc). Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have personally developed and wrote several applications using
Adwords, Yahoo, Miva, (MSN is Yahoo under their current contract), and
AhHA and Kanoodle.
