KeywordEstimateRequest completely random/broken

I am using KeywordEstimateRequest to get estimates for specific keywords, however the results are completely random & don't make any sense.

I set the setMaxCpc on keyword level.
e.g. I pass 0.88 as setMaxCpc (as micro amount, so *1000000)

In the result max->averageCpc I get 1.46.

When I pass 1.00 (as micro amount, so *1000000), suddenly the result max->averageCpc is 0.23, even though the passed maxCpc I passed is 0.12 higher.

Is there any way I can open a support ticket to get this fixed?

However, your concern about the computations of estimates appears to be more product related already.
