ERROR_GETTING_RESPONSE_FROM_BACKEND with ad/ criteria performance reports

Hi API team,

As of this morning we are unable to retrieve some performance reports for about a dozen accounts. The API keeps returning an "ERROR_GETTING_RESPONSE_FROM_BACKEND" exception.

- Data begin requested is 18 Oct - 20 Oct. 

- API version: v201605

- Occurs only with ad performance reports and criteria performance reports.

Error:

Caused by: HTTP Response Code: 500, Trigger: Unable to read report data, Type: ReportDownloadError.ERROR_GETTING_RESPONSE_FROM_BACKEND

Can you tell me if there is an issue with the API and if so when this will be fixed?

Hi Marcel,

I have not heard any recent issues in downloading report. Also, I've tried to generate the reports you indicated using my test account and it was successful. Could you send me the report definition and the clientCustomerId used when you encountered this error? Please use reply privately to author option.
