Can the CustomerSyncService be used to sync productgroup changes?

We would like to be able to sync product group changes in our AdWords accounts. We currently use the CustomerSyncService to determine if campaign properties changed or 

campaign criteria were either added or removed and would like to do the same for the product groups. How can we do this? Is there a way to get the specific list with changes like showed on the AdWords website in the change history section?  

For example, how do we retrieve the following information from the API?

Jul 21, 2017, 12:53:23 PM                        1 product group max CPC changes                        campaign x                        adgroup y 

                                                                       - xxxxx: default to €0.14

Hi, 

I'm afraid detailed change history similar to AdWords UI is not available via AdWords API services. The CustomerSyncService does not provide change history like in the UI, but rather provides a Customer->Campaign->AdGroup hierarchy containing information about the objects changed at each level. You can narrow down the changed entities by using smaller dateRange in the CustomerSyncSelector.
