Account Report for LSA Account (via Google Ads API Integration)

To Whom This May Concern

The Global Product Lead for LSA has advised us that we should be using our Google Ads API integration to fetch Account Report for all Google LSA Accounts in our LSA MCCs.

Where can we get the following details for an LSA Account (in our LSA MCCs using Google Ads API / Google Query Builder / Resource?

I am using an example LSA Account from our LSA USA MCC to illustrate the Account Report details we are looking for (the following is from our LSA Reporting API integration):

Our understanding is that everything (except phoneLeadResponsiveness) is available via Google Ads API also, but we have not been able to locate the resource.

Please help.

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Ads API support team. 

Kindly note that Local Services campaigns have limited management options available in the Google Ads API, as outlined in the documentation. Additionally, please note that all the data you see in the LSA dashboard cannot be retrieved using the Google Ads API. Certain data from Local Services Ads are made available directly through the Google Ads API via the following read-only report resources: 

• local_services_lead - It provides details of leads generated when a consumer calls, messages, or books a service with the advertiser.
• local_services_lead_conversation - It exposes the details of conversations that occurred as part of a LocalServicesLead. 
• local_services_verification_artifact - It exposes verification data for advertisers' businesses. Note that these verifications are at the business level and don't include verifications for employees.
• local_services_employee - It exposes the data about local service employees that the advertisers have uploaded their ad profile into our systems.

In order for these resources to return data, the client account making the request must have an active Local Services campaign. Since only one Local Services campaign is allowed per client account, these resources do not reference a specific campaign. Apart from the resources mentioned above, the Google Ads API cannot retrieve any additional information related to the LSA dashboard. I would recommend you to refer to our Blog Post and Release Notes for updates regarding future changes.
