issues with my impressions and clicks

Hello Google Ad Peeps!

I'm having issues with my impressions and clicks. For a few months we were getting well over 150,000 Impressions and 500+ clicks (per week!) that were being directed to our site, now all of a sudden, we have less than 4,000 Impressions (a week) and fewer than 60 clicks that are getting directed to our site. I've contacted google explaining the situation but they have said everything looks great on my end, it is just the computer algorithm and the way it bids.. but it's not quite making sense to me. 

Could someone please explain, or have suggestions to make our numbers go up?
