Apply for Basic Access Response

Hello, I submitted an apply for basic access but haven't received any response from support for more than 3 weeks now, and I try to apply another reqest , but still google ads team no respond more of one week.

- My Google Ads Manager Account (MCC) ID: 919-348-4794
- Case ID generated from the compliance team: its not exist, because after the request of apply for basic access I don't received nothing answer till today (passed ~2 weeks). I have only this screenshot , its after to done application for rechieve basic token. Plese see screenshot below:
