API Requests nothing heard back

Hi,

I've been trying to get an API for 2 months now, nothing back at all. What is going on over there? I've filled out the request form multiple times and I've filled out the compliance form to request a status update on my case multiple times. This is ridiculous. I see this happening time and again on this form. Is anyone actually getting basic API keys at the moment?

Same for me. I also haven't heard back and also wasn't provided with a case ID.
