Unable to whitelist Adobe Audience Manager account

Hello,

I am trying to send first-party data from my Adobe Audience Manager account to Google Ads, but I have not found anyone at Google who can whitelist my adobe account in their back end. I was sent here from this Google Blog about the topic.

Does anyone have any resources or recommendations?

I should add - I do not have an account manager for my Google Ads account despite meeting all requirements and multiple attempts to have one assigned.
