ConversionAdjustmentUploadService/UploadConversionAdjustments troubles?

Dear all,

We are experiencing a lot of errors with the ConversionAdjustmentUploadService/UploadConversionAdjustments service. Earlier today, the servicce behavior was quite erratic (ie: quite slow... up to multiple seconds by call), and now we are simply getting this sort of error (java sdk btw); 

Status{code=UNAVAILABLE, description=The service is currently unavailable., cause=null}.

What's going on ?

The situation is the same here, but with the location search service (geoTargetConstants:suggest), it's been like this for hours.
