Google Ads API Token Application No response

Hi there, 

I have applied for basic access for the Google Ads API Token, over 3 weeks ago and have not had any form of feedback. Please assist as I cannot proceed any further without access. I have applied multiple times and tried following up via the Ads API compliance team contact form.

No case ID was given, and no confirmation mail was received. 

• Google Ads Manager Account (MCC) ID: 449-550-9574   
• Access level: basic access requested

All good? Were you able to resolve the access issue? I've been trying to get the basic TOKEN for months and I haven't received ANY response from Google. When applying through the interface, no approval email arrives either. How can so many people go through the same problem and nothing can be done, right?
